Partners In Education is a catalyst for the building and maintenance of effective and efficient school-community partnerships.

Bridge Builder:  Partners In Education forges new links between schools and community partners to ensure a coordinated community effort, improving educational opportunities for children.

Matchmaker:  Based on a thorough knowledge of both the partner’s and school’s needs and resources, our staff and volunteers facilitate “good matches” between new community partners and schools.

Advocate and Mentor:  Partners In Education supports and sustains existing partnerships with training, information, workshops, technical assistance and expert counsel.

Information Network:  Sharing information from school-community partnerships across the country helps Toledo area partnership flourish.  Partners In Education is a member of several national organizations which focus on community involvement in education, and shares its wealth of information with partnerships in our community.

Partner News:  A monthly e-newsletter published by Partners In Education of Toledo is a forum for ideas to be shared, successes to be celebrated, and important information to be broadcast.
