News Anchor Participates in Partners In Education Annual Event

WTOL 11 television news anchor Jerry Anderson became Principal at Toledo's Scott High School - for a school day. Anderson was among numerous business and community leaders taking part in the 2011 Principal/Teacher for a Day Program organized by Partners In Education of Toledo. WTOL 11 even reported on Jerry's experience on its evening newscast recently.

Northwest Ohio College Access Program

The mission of the Northwest Ohio College Access Program is to provide opportunities for students in Northwest Ohio to obtain education beyond high school.

Partners In Education is a non-profit organization which develops and fosters partnerships between area schools and northwest Ohio businesses, government agencies, organizations and churches.

Funded by contributions from businesses, individuals and the community, Partners In Education leverages our most important investment — the education of our children.

Partners In Education focuses its programs in the Toledo Public Schools and select schools of the Diocese of Toledo, where there is the greatest need for community support of our students.
