Principal For A Day/Teacher For A Day
Principal For A Day /Teacher For A Day
invites business and community leaders into
our urban schools in an effort to give local
leaders and policy-makers the opportunity
to experience a day in the life of a Toledo
Public School principal or teacher.
The purpose of the program is to be a
vehicle through which our business,
government, spiritual and social service
leaders can learn about the schools in order
to serve as advocates for educational reform
and community involvement in our schools.
As a result of their experience in the
program, many participants have taken
action by spearheading initiatives for new
business and community involvement in our
neediest schools.
Principal For A Day /Teacher For A Day is a
partnership between Partners In Education
of Toledo and Toledo Public Schools.
